These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pastelroast.com and your purchase of products or services from Pastel Roast (“Pastel Roast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. Use of Our Website
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you live.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or communicating with us.

2. Products and Product Information
Pastel Roast sells packaged coffee products and related offerings.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, roast information, packaging details, availability, and other product information accurately.
Actual product appearance, packaging, labeling, color, materials, or other non-material details may vary from images, mockups, or descriptions displayed on our website.
Product availability may change without notice.
We may modify, discontinue, replace, or limit products or offers at any time, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to orders we have already accepted.
3. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices displayed on our website may change before an order is placed.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price presented during checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing, technical, system, or display errors where permitted by applicable law.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges, if any, will be displayed or calculated during checkout or otherwise communicated before the applicable transaction is completed.
Payments are processed using Shopify and the payment services made available through our checkout.

We may decline or cancel a transaction for the reasons described in Section 4, including in connection with payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or technical errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no amount is properly owed, the applicable amount will be returned through the appropriate payment method or payment process.

Pastel Roast coffee products are generally prepared through an on-demand production and fulfillment process after an order is received.
This process may include label preparation, roasting, packaging, order processing, and shipment preparation.
For purposes of these Terms, the “Fulfillment Cutoff” means the point at which an order can no longer be modified or cancelled within the applicable production and fulfillment process.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Before the Fulfillment Cutoff, we may attempt to accommodate a requested change or cancellation where operationally possible.
After the Fulfillment Cutoff, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
Changing information in your customer profile, browser, payment account, or another system does not necessarily change an order that has already been submitted.
6. Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery
Pastel Roast currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
Coffee products may require processing and production time before shipment.
Orders generally require approximately 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
After shipment, delivery generally takes approximately 1–5 business days.
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Tracking information may be provided after an order enters the shipping process.
The creation of a tracking number or a “pre-shipment” status does not necessarily mean that a carrier has physically received the package at that exact time.

Coffee is a food product and is generally considered final sale after the Fulfillment Cutoff.
We generally do not accept physical returns of coffee products.
Do not send any product back unless Pastel Roast provides explicit written instructions to do so.
Eligible damaged, incorrect, defective, missing, or similar order issues should be reported in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, verification, availability, and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include:
